Well... It's only really half a day of riding. Left our hotel in
Newark at about 4:30pm. Very successfully managed to navigate out of
the city - thanks to the SatNav. Blatted down the interstate for a few
hours before turning off on to a very minor road for Watkins Glenn
(famous for Class car racing and some very nice waterfalls -go google
it) Met up with a State Trooper who very kindly showed us his red and
blue "christmas light" on the roof of his patrol car. We chatted for a
while, but he really just wanted to remind us what the speed limit
is! Apparently you cannot do 85 in a 55 limit.... oooops. Resting
here for the night before heading to Niagara tomorrow.
